Homework Day Two
It’s not easy to help Elliot keep up with his Japanese, but this Kamen Rider writing book is helping a lot - hopefully Yoshi can find some similar ones!
EM can recognize most Hiragana now at least and while he understands what you say in Japanese suddenly he’s not keen on replying in Japanese right now.
In preparation for moving to Melbourne I’ve been doing some research into primary schools - seems that Huntingdale has an interesting Japanese immersion program. The downside is that you’d need to live near Huntingdale primary…..
-
Are there Japanese language after school programs that would suit?
-
Not close by it seems. I’ll just have to keep battling on until he goes to a school that teaches it.
-
Do you let him use the iPad? There are sure to be some good apps out there to help you.
Or if you want anything sent from here just let me know. That wipe-on/off book looks great.
