Don’t hold in sneezes - it makes those stitches down below hurt!

Ooo, ow, ouchies just even to *think* about stitches in that spot… and remembering that there was no anesthetic when they gave you those stitches, ow ow ow!

Yes not the most fun…. I hope this heals and they dissolve before I do something crazy like catch a cold…..

I found out today there there usually isnt any anesthetic when they do those stitches. Who knew?!?

A friend recently told us to say “banana” if we feel like we’re going to sneeze. Haven’t headed one off yet, but it has stopped the feeling afterward. Also, painless to try!
